Intellectual Property

All rights to artwork remain the sole property of Lynette Mary Skeers, even after purchase. This includes original works, commissions, fine art prints, and any current or future reproductions. When you buy a piece—whether original or a reproduction—you’re buying the joy of owning it, not the right to reproduce, distribute, profit from, or mint it as an NFT.

Sharing your purchased artwork on social media is always welcome (and deeply appreciated!), but any reproduction, duplication, or commercial use must have my express written permission.

Ownership & Responsibility

Once a piece leaves my studio and arrives safely in your hands, it becomes your treasure to care for. I cannot take responsibility for damage that occurs after delivery—for example: smudging, creases, tears, or mishandling of borders or fine surfaces.

Of course, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit or with a genuine fault, I will absolutely make it right. Each piece is lovingly checked and packaged with care, and only pristine items leave my studio.

Please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. All print dimensions include the white border unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If something’s not quite right with your order, I promise I won’t leave you in the lurch. Reach out and we’ll work together to resolve it. Please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly between screens—while I do my best to photograph artworks true-to-tone, monitor calibrations can differ.

According to Australian consumer law, return shipping for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by me. However, return shipping on change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Processing

Each item’s processing time is noted in its listing. I’m a one-woman show with a small and mighty team, and we pour love into every parcel. During high-demand periods (especially when pieces go viral!), please allow a little extra time.

Need to change your address? Please notify me within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item is shipped, I’m unable to redirect it. Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility—refunds in these cases will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes

My studio operates from Queensland, Australia. International buyers, please be aware that any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are your responsibility. These fees are set by your local customs office and are not included in your checkout total.

If charges are refused and the parcel is returned to me, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs, provided the item is in original condition.

Note: All packages are declared at their true purchase value. I’m unable to alter invoices for customs—thank you for your understanding.
